Using creative techniques in therapy sessions can enable us to contact those subconscious feelings, beliefs and constructs that sometimes words alone cannot reach.
This experiential Workshop explores the benefits of working creatively; examines different ways in which we can be creative; and experience first-hand the benefits of using creativity.
